1. About Bellzi

Bellzi is a WhatsApp-based reminder assistant that helps you create reminders by describing what you want to remember. Where supported, you may also share pictures, PDFs, documents or voice notes to help provide the details. Bellzi may ask a follow-up question when something important is missing or unclear.

2. Check your reminders

Bellzi may occasionally misunderstand a message or identify an incorrect title, date, time or other detail. Please check the details Bellzi confirms and correct them when needed. Do not rely on Bellzi as your only safeguard for critical deadlines, medical instructions, financial obligations, safety matters or other high-consequence events.

3. Reminder delivery

Reminders are delivered through WhatsApp. In some situations, delivery may be delayed or affected by internet connectivity, WhatsApp, messaging providers, device settings, maintenance or other events outside Bellzi’s reasonable control. Please keep your own backup for important matters.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the messages, pictures, documents, audio and other content you share. Only share content you have the right to use and that is appropriate for the service. Please avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information, passwords, payment-card details or verification codes.

5. Future features and temporary data handling

Bellzi may add features in the future, such as a vault, expiration-date reminders and other utility services. Some features may need to temporarily or otherwise store user-provided information, including images or documents, to provide the requested service, keep your saved items available, or process a user-requested action. We will explain relevant storage and handling in the Privacy Policy and in feature-specific information where appropriate. Your content is not requested for the purpose of stealing data or accessing accounts, and you should never provide credentials or verification codes.

6. Usage limits and plans

Usage limits, trial periods or paid plans may apply. Any applicable limits, prices and plan conditions will be shown when they are confirmed and offered. Please review those details before using a paid service.

7. Acceptable use

You must use Bellzi lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt the service, access another person’s information without permission, abuse the service, or upload content you are not entitled to share.

8. Availability, updates and changes to these terms

We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue parts of Bellzi as the service develops. We may also change these Terms and Conditions from time to time, including without giving individual advance notice. The updated version will be published on this website with its effective date. Please review this page periodically; where applicable law requires notice or consent for a change, we will follow those requirements.

9. Third-party services

Bellzi relies on third-party services, including WhatsApp and infrastructure and processing providers. Those services have their own terms, policies and availability, which Bellzi does not control.

10. Intellectual property

Bellzi’s branding, website content and software belong to their respective owners and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not use them beyond permissions granted by the owner or applicable law.
